We didn't arrive at AI. We arrived through it. For twenty years we've been the people companies call when technology should be doing more of the work. AI is simply the most powerful version of that job we've ever had.

Our story

We've spent careers turning technology into business outcomes. AI just raised the ceiling.

We've built and run software companies, shipped products from whiteboard to market, and modernized operations stuck doing things by hand. The thread through all of it has always been the same question: where can technology take the work off people's shoulders?

For the last few years that question has had one answer above all others. We went deep on AI, not as observers but as builders, shipping agentic systems, evals, orchestration, and the connective tissue that makes these tools actually run inside a business.

Elephant Ops is what happens when people who've done this for twenty years point their experience at the most capable technology of their careers.

Paul has spent more than 20 years taking SaaS products from whiteboard to market and running the operations behind them. He was VP and GM of Coolfront by FieldEdge, where he built and scaled software for the mechanical trades.

Over the past few years he has been hands-on in AI every day, building agentic systems, eval harnesses, and full production platforms.
